We receive orders via the e-commerce function on this website and via email to connect@queenstownperfumiers.nz.

Orders by telephone or any other means will not be accepted.

We are a New Zealand-based business, and all transactions will be processed in New Zealand dollars.

We do not accept orders for delivery outside New Zealand.

We process received orders as soon as possible within usual business hours. You should allow up to three working days for order processing.

When you order, please ensure you provide us with a numbered street address for delivery.

We cannot deliver to a PO box, or anywhere inaccessible by courier.

Please ensure someone will be present at the required address to receive and sign for your item within 9am-5pm weekdays.



Our perfumes are despatched from our Tauranga warehouse facility.

Orders are delivered via New Zealand Couriers.

Perfumes are rated as Class III Dangerous Goods, and are despatched overland as required by relevant DGLQ regulations.

Perfumes cannot be posted.

New Zealand Couriers advise the following delivery times:

  • New Zealand North Island: 1 – 3 working days
  • New Zealand South Island: 2 – 5 working days

Please allow extra time for rural or remote delivery addresses.

We can take no responsibility for delays at the receiver’s end.


We rigorously check all orders before they leave our despatch warehouse.

We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • The item(s) despatched are not as ordered;
  • There is a physical (manufacturing or production) fault with the item(s);
  • There has been damage to the item(s) in transit;
  • In all cases, the perfumes must be unopened and unused.

Please note that we do not exchange perfumes for any other reason.

If your order, as received, meets the conditions above, please email us at connect@queenstownperfumiers.nz within 2 days of receipt of your order, including your order number, and before dispatching the item(s) for return.

Please ensure you return all original packaging and labelling with the item(s) being returned.

Please ensure any returns are shipped via an insured and traceable courier service. Perfumes cannot be posted.

We will refund your courier charges if the item(s) meet the return conditions listed above.

We accept no responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. You are responsible for the returned item(s) until received by us.

Please enclose all your contact details. We will advise you via email when we receive the returned item(s).

Once we receive any returned item(s), your refund will be processed in the original form of payment with 5 working days.  You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when your purchase transaction took place.  Note that your bank may require additional days to process the transaction into your account.

Remember, if items originally shipped by us are wrong, faulty, or damaged we will refund the costs of returning the item(s).  We will also cover all shipping costs for the replacement item(s).

Please note:  Only products purchased through our website may be returned in this way.  If you have bought from any of our on-sellers you should contact the relevant on-seller directly.
